Andrew Tate talks about his social media ban

Andrew Tate has become a controversial figure in recent weeks. This comes after he was banned from social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.

Regardless, Tate sat down with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson on Thursday and mentioned that he was removed not because of his political reporting.

He said: “They banned me simply because I had a large population who subscribed to very traditional male values.”

Tate went on to add, “Adolescent males and young males, 20, 22, 23, 24, looked up to me and wanted to be like me.”

In addition, the former kickboxer admitted: “I live a very traditionally male life. I have fast cars and a big house and lots of money and a beautiful girlfriend and they thought that was very, very threatening.

He continued, “For some reason they decided they should wipe me off the internet and replace me with someone more in line with what they’re trying to project.”

Tate has made headlines over the past few years for his views. He has been labeled ‘dangerous’ and ‘misogynistic’.

In 2017, Tate was banned from Twitter after saying that women must “take some responsibility” when they are sexually assaulted in the wake of the #MeToo movement.

Who is Andrew Tate?

Andrew Tate is said to be of African, American and British descent. He was born to a British mother, while his father, Emory Tate, is African American. Emory is a widely known chess master.

Additionally, while some claim that Tate was born in Washington, DC, others have suggested that his birthplace was in Chicago, Illinois. Regardless, he was subsequently brought up in Luton, England.

Additionally, following the 2017 incident, Tate reportedly moved to Bucharest, Romania.

He talked about his immediate move during an episode of The Fellas Podcast.

Tate revealed: “I don’t feel comfortable (in Western countries like the UK). I don’t like how it works and works. I think it is the most corrupt, vile and degraded society on earth. There will be nothing left but money and (a) corporate agenda.”

Additionally, Tate became famous on social media after a video of him attacking a woman surfaced online. As a result, he was also removed from the UK series Big Brother in 2016.
