Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) has an ominous view of what to expect from the Communist Chinese and their ambitions for the future.
In an interview with Mobile, AL FM Talk 106.5, Alabama’s senior senator responded to recent reports that the federal government has now admitted that China is to blame for the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Tuberville reminded the audience that China was America’s “number one adversary” and predicted that the communist regime would move not only to Taiwan but also to Japan.
He also criticized the Biden administration and its spending policies, which he warned would be felt by American taxpayers.
“You have to remember that China is our number one rival,” he said. “They will do anything to destroy us or keep us in a place where we have lost a few steps. They just build. They do everything they can in their army. They will come. They’re coming to Taiwan, and they’re going through Taiwan, maybe Japan, maybe further west – maybe closer to us. So that’s their first goal. But you know, we can’t get that money back except by taxing the American taxpayer. For me, it’s going back — and I know we voted and voted for Kathy Britt and a lot of good people in Alabama. But what amazes me is how uneducated people across the country voted to put the Democrats back in control of the Senate. If we can turn our backs on everything that has happened and condemn the policies of the Democrats, I wonder how this will play out in the election.
“Since I’ve been here, Jeff, we’ve spent $6.5 trillion more than we should,” Tuberville continued. “People don’t understand what a trillion dollars is. You can’t control that. It goes into people’s pockets. There is corruption everywhere. I’m amazed at how much people let this go on. We have to stop this. If we don’t, we will lose the country we know. We are totally spoiled. Once again, China is laughing all the way to the bank by borrowing money from us to finance its COVID-related problems. This money did not go to COVID. A few went to the states, but a lot of it went back to this climate hoax and all the things they want to push—diversity and this ESG. It’s one thing after another, Jeff, that we as American taxpayers have to pay for. And it comes. Taxes are coming, and today we’re getting ready to see the Supreme Court review billions and billions of dollars in student loan awards that are nonsense.
