Daddy Long Neck’s nine-month-old son is out of hospital after being abused by the baby’s mum’s new boyfriend.

Daddy Long Neck’s baby David Alfredo Samuelson Lopez was released from the hospital over the weekend, according to recent reports.

David is currently living with a foster family and recovering. Although TMZ reported that the baby is doing much better.

Daddy Long Neck, whose real name is David Samuelson Jr., updated his worried fans about his baby’s health.

He confirmed that the baby no longer needs to be fed through a tube and is doing a lot more giggling and activities.

He further mentioned that doctors are still unsure if the child will suffer any lasting effects from the ordeal. But the Long Neck dad admitted his son is getting better every day.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Daddy Long Neck’s son was taken to a Los Angeles hospital after suffering a brutal beating.

Subsequently, reports claimed that the newborn suffered skull fractures and bleeding on the brain.

The Long Neck dad was in Michigan when the baby’s mother informed him of his son’s condition. Moreover, the viral social media sensation wasted no time heading to Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old Michigan native took to Instagram overnight to share an update on his son’s condition.

He wrote: ‘My son can open his eyes a little more. He looked at me.’

Additionally, the Long Neck dad said that during the flight, a social worker told him that his ex’s new lover had been taken into custody for allegedly assaulting the child.

The Montebello Police Department says the alleged assailant is identified as Damien Obeso.

Police said they received a call from a nearby hospital that the child had suffered serious injuries.

Detectives eventually arrested Obes and charged him with child abuse resulting in great bodily harm. However, it was later revealed that he was released on bail. Regardless, Obeso is due to be arraigned on September 28.

Meanwhile, DLN mentioned that the Long Neck dad is allowed to visit his son while he is in foster care. Although the internet personality has recently been reported to be exploring legal avenues to get full custody of the newborn.
