Jackson Wang talks about suffering from depression

Jackson Wang recently sat down with Vogue to talk behind the scenes of his performance at the Head in the Clouds festival.

In addition, the idol explained, “I was in the industry for eight, nine years until the point where I was lost and everything fell for a loop. You know it’s just things after things, plans after schedules. I was so depressed.’

Wang shared, “I just felt like, ‘You know what? Whoever I was, whatever I was, I want [to] just leave it behind and start again. And I want to be me for a while. 100% me. To be honest with my audience and just let them know who I really am.”

Furthermore, he continued, “Maybe I’m not perfect, you know? Not everyone can like me. But at least if you like me, if you support me, you’re supporting the real Jackson.”
