Paola Velez is from the Dominican Republic and grew up in New York. Paola was always enthusiastic about her culinary skills, which she mostly inherited during the holidays. What she spent at her grandparents’. In 2016, she started as a pastry chef at Milk Bar. Although she has many other work experiences as a chef.
