My least favorite thing about exercise is assuming I need to run on the treadmill, he said, adding jokingly: “I can’t run anymore and it sucks! I used to be the best competitor ever and now I have to walk on a treadmill! It’s so embarrassing in the gym when you see young guys putting on high speeds and getting in great shape and I’m just walking on the treadmill. Miserable! Be that as it may, I will return it. With his focus on those fitness goals, Shaq admits his eating routine isn’t as fun as it used to be, given that a given pregame meal used to consist of two club sandwiches, fries and a pineapple soda. My goal at 50 is to take my shirt off once, show the women how fine I am, and put them back on, he said. What’s more, here he is, at the age of 50, doing just that.
