Strong winds can cause power outages
A strong storm system will move through the area Tuesday into Wednesday night, bringing the risk of high winds to the area. Wind Advisory in effect Tuesday 9:00 PM until Wednesday 3:00 PM.

A strong pressure gradient with strong low-level flow will bring strong southeast winds of 20 to 30 mph. Wind gust 40-45 m/s, gust 50-55 m/s, especially in high places. A high wind warning may be issued. In addition to the risk of high winds, storms with rain and snow are possible at times.
The expected strong winds may cause power outages and some trees to fall, especially in saturated areas. It is important to have fully charged phones and extra batteries on hand.
