Atiku described the support of some politicians as meaningless if they do not work to mobilize local voters to ensure the victory of the PDP.
Wike spoke on Tuesday at the inauguration of the new government VIP lounge at the Port Harcourt International Airport in Omagwa, Ikwerre Local Government Area, built by the state government.
The governor, in a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Kevin Ebiri, said it was unfortunate that some Abuja-based politicians took pleasure in suggesting things to him to curry favor with the PDP presidential candidate.
