YouTube prankster Jarvo claims he is the man who vandalized the BBC studios ahead of Liverpool’s FA Cup clash with Wolves on Tuesday night.

The BBC’s pre-match coverage was interrupted by constant sex noise after the program tried to talk about it with the likes of Gary Lineker, Paul Ince and Danny Murphy.

In front of a large audience, Lineker could only blush as the commotion continued during the segment before the BBC One presenter handed over Molineux’s commentary team.

At the start of the game, Lineker tweeted that the offending device was found after the phone got stuck to a piece of furniture, but not before the internet went berserk.

Notorious prankster Jarvo, real name Daniel Jarvis, claimed responsibility for the sabotage after posting a post on social media.

As the pre-game chat began, Jarvis appeared to drill the phone with a ringtone that played porn-like sounds before calling the cell phone directly from an unknown location.

He wrote on Twitter: “Yes, I was the one who played BBC Match of the Day with a sex phone. Video coming soon!!!! @BMWJARVO best prankster!!!!”

Lineker made a number of jokes throughout the cover in reference to pranks, including describing Harvey Elliott’s tackle against Wolves as “poisonous”.

“Elliot’s goal was to scream, that wasn’t the only goal we had that night,” she said of Ince, “In that era, you and the woman there, weren’t you?” – he asked.

The BBC said in a statement: “We would like to apologize to viewers who may have been upset by tonight’s live football.”

Jarvis has pulled off a number of high-profile media stunts in the past, including when he collided with England cricketer Jonny Bairstow after invading the Oval in south London during a Test last October.

He was given a suspended sentence as well as an eight-week prison sentence suspended for two years and banned from attending any sporting event in England and Wales for two years.

Elliott scored against the Wolves

The YouTube star was also banned from traveling abroad for 12 months and given a rehabilitation service order.

Liverpool saw off Wolves in the FA Cup replay at Molineux with Elliott’s superb first-half strike knocking Julen Lopetegui’s men out of the competition.

He set up a fourth-round draw against Brighton as the Reds secured their first clean sheet since September and won their last form to get back on track.

Jurgen Klopp: “For a long time we felt that we were winning and playing well. We had to fight hard at the end where we were in control for a long time. That’s cool and the reaction we want to see.
